Description

Role Requirements

1. Non-Technical Skills:
  • Work as a liaison between AO, IT, and business units.
  • Identify reports that can be scheduled in production and work with the production team.
  • Drive business decisions, offer insight, and weigh risks
  • Mentor level I – IV analysts
  • Perform business review of all reports

2. Technical Skills:
  • 8 plus years of experience in SQL, SAS, and Payor side
  • Develop complex metric reports
  • Perform QA for regulatory reports
  • Enter report data into Collibra, as necessary
  • Validate data and perform root cause analysis

3. Data Exposure Required:
  • Payer Data and Clinical Operations Data

4. Types of projects they will work on:
  • Will directly support Clinical Operations, and need to understand its business processes, workflow, and how it translates into reporting requirements.
  • Understand how the workflow is implemented in Jiva and rack/monitor changes in Jiva to understand the impact on regulatory reports
  • Coding complex Clin Ops reports.

5. Education Requirements:
Bachelor or Master - or Relevant Experience

6. VISA Requirements:
All Visa Types

7. Working Location:
  • Remote
  • States Ineligible for Remote Work- Ohio, Washington, North Dakota, Wyoming
