Description

Minneapolis, MN Client seeks an experienced IT ERP Program / Project Manager. Ideal candidate is an experienced IT PM on large, complex PeopleSoft / ERP Projects. Project set to start Apr/May 2024 for one year with possible extensions.

Requirements of Role:

Drive planning, execution and tracking of all program deliverables.
Develop and administer the program budget in collaboration with the project managers and project sponsors and serve as the organization's experienced resource within the program content area.
Coordinate the work of internal and external participants, stakeholders, and consultants or vendors to ensure successful completion of the program and projects. 
Be responsible for managing the development of multiple projects that require collaboration and coordination with various work units.
Manage Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project.
Lead the overall BPSI program of projects, managing program budget, resources and schedules to successful completion ensuring that projects meet scope, cost and quality requirements as determined in the program planning stages.
Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities, negotiating with other departments and/or units for resources if necessary.
Communicate with program steering team, project sponsors, project managers and stakeholders in all stages of the program through regular written and verbal communications to keep them updated on the progress of assigned projects and aware of next steps; provide project updates in front of large groups, including Senior Management.
Collaborate with project managers across all Council divisions to identify how the BPSI program will impact other projects across the Council and to leverage others' work.
