Managing Principal Consultant
Description
As a Managing Principal Consultant , you will lead consulting services for our customers and play a critical role in the success of overall project delivery. Your focus will be on implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, aligning business goals with technology solutions, and helping customers transform their processes and systems to implement Oracle Cloud HCM. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of consultants to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to our customers.
Experience
More than 15-20 years of Relevant Industry Experience. 4-5 years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud is required.

• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition and solution implementation
• Experience in Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Ability to create training plan, documents and deliver training for the internal team
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field
• Experience in customer management
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage tasks
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with US-based customers
Responsibilities
Perform the following activities for QC’s HCM implementation/support projects:
• Project Delivery and Solutioning
o Gain a deep understanding of business requirements and use it to guide solution development, while keeping a broad perspective on implementation strategy
o Engage in discussions with stakeholders across various teams to drive the development of effective solutions
o Offer clear direction to enable the definition, management, and delivery of solutions
o Design and configure system enhancements to meet evolving needs and requirements
o Thoroughly review project deliverables, including design documents, to ensure quality and completeness
• Managerial
o Lead and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to customers, including providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Identify training needs and create training plans
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, as needed
Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans, as necessary
Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles, including providing training and development opportunities
Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
• Oracle Roadmap
o Stay up-to-date with upcoming features and the roadmap of Oracle HCM, ensuring that QC team and clients are informed of any new developments
o Proactively communicate new features, patches, known issues, and other updates to our clients in a timely and effective manner to ensure that they are fully informed and prepared
o Continuously monitor and research the latest trends and best practices in Oracle HCM and related fields to advise our clients on the best solutions for their unique needs and goals
