Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and administration of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to identify business requirements, design and configure system solutions, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and administration of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices
Partner with HR and IT teams to identify business requirements and develop system solutions that meet the needs of end-users
Configure and test the Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules, including core HR, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy
Provide end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system integrations and data flows are functioning properly
Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to change control procedures
Keep up-to-date with new features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules and make recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules
Experience leading the implementation and administration of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Recruiting modules to meet business requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience providing end-user support and training
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Oracle certifications in Talent Management and Recruiting modules are a plus.
