Description
Below is the JD for People Tool upgrade specialist position that I am currently trying to fulfill. Do you have anyone with this skillset?• MUST have PeopleSoft upgrade experience (Tools and Application upgrade both)
• MUST have worked solely as Upgrade specialist and responsible for success of Upgrade project
• PeopleSoft Administrator with 8-10 years’ experience on People Tools 8.58.
• Experience in monitoring health check, proactive measures to keep the systems stable.
• Experience with Phire.
• Experience in Applying Patches , Fluid and Mobile Troubleshooting knowledge and Elastic Search.
• Install PeopleSoft application software, PeopleTools and third party tools and build web server, application server, and process scheduler instances for all PeopleSoft applications.
• Experience in Change Assistant and PUM image concepts
• Utilize Change Assistant to install updates/fixes, perform upgrades
• Utilize PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) to apply selective application updates.
• Provide expert troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during Implementation
• Should have experience in planning and documentation of Implementation activities
• Should have good co-ordination skills to work with Infra, DB and networking teams and follow issues to closure
• Experience in providing updates to PMO on project status, issues and risks
• Working with Oracle and coordinate /resolve Severity Issues raised.
• Prior experience of working in global delivery model and lead handshake and maintain effective communication
