What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert on both technical and functional analysis of Coupa platform
  • Participate in Procurement’s technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication and business process configuration
  • Partner with Procurement team to to understand their Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related processes, capabilities, and systems to develop solutions leveraging the Coupa Platform
  • Configure the Coupa application to achieve business objectives
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades
  • Assisting with prioritization of enhancements and overall stabilization efforts
  • Work on a team to set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across and between multiple project workstreams
  • Provide day to day support for issues related to Coupa by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues
  • Create and resolve Coupa Support cases with vendor as needed
  • Provide periodic training for end users on system processes and procedures

What you should have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment of Coupa platform.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle Financials Cloud is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Procure to pay process to include accounts payable
Minimum of 2 years of experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, requirements analysis, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), demand management, catalog management and vendor/supplier management
Minimum of 2 years of experience with business process mapping. Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the functions of supply chain and the impacts of direct and indirect procurement on an organization’s performance.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills - able to bring forward a vision or opinion
Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
