Description
Core responsibilities• Maintain Metadata and interfaces
• Build or modify Data Management rules to meet the changing business needs
• Review and update data mappings as needed.
• Manage end-to-end FCCS close process with Corporate Accounting
• Monitor scheduled processes and research any errors
• Maintain interfaces to/from external systems in Data Management
• Maintain dimensions (including hierarchies and attributes)
• Update Business Rules as needed
• Help create & maintain reports in Financial Reporting Studio
• Assists with the resolution of issues related to FCCS data interfaces, loads and data mappings into/from FCCS / PCMCS using Data Management
• Open and close monthly FCCS and ARCS processes and support automated processes
• Recommend and implement improvements to systems and deployed processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5 years of implementation experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Financial Consolidation and Oracle FCCS
• Experience with other cloud solutions (ARCS, & EDMCS)
• (3+ years) developing system integration solutions including DM - Data Management, Supplemental Data Manager
• Material experience with FCCS and administration activities, including in depth knowledge of out of the box rules and configurations.
• Deep understanding of financial close cycle and best practices
• Experience in higher education is preferred
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for higher education
• Experience with intercompany eliminations
• Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, US regulatory reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Expert data reconciliation skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience(8 years’ experience without degree)
