Job Description:seeking for and Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation Functional Resource.
Requirements:
Should have a sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud Incentive Comp.
Should be familiar with typical Incentive Compensation processes.
Candidate should have good understanding with minimum 5 years’ experience in the following:
Compensation Plans and Plan Components,
Performance Measures,
Expressions, Rate Tables,
Incentive Formula and Earnings,
Plan Validation, Approval,
Export, and Import,
Participant Imports Assignments,
Import Collection Processing,
Crediting, Classification,
Incentive Calculation,
Payment Plans Processing,
Reports Analytics,
Dispute Management
Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation with added experience in Oracle Cloud for Release 12 and above 2 Should have the ability to understand the existing application configuration and apply the experience to implement the new requirements related to Incentive Compensation
Sales performance and compensation administrator dashboards
Commission and bonus estimator
Sales credit allocation and hierarchical rollup rules
Scalable enterprise platform and integration web services
Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
