Description
We are seeking a partner to assist us with a 6-month contract role with our Healthcare Client. We are looking for an IT Centricity EMR Administrator/Analyst who will be responsible for IT-related administration, maintenance, and support of our client’s Centricity Practice Management (PM) system.
He/She will work closely with the clinical and administrative staff to provide and serve as IT support to all users of the Centricity Practice Manager product. He/She also assists with implementing software upgrades and maintenance of the application.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· History of progressive GE Centricity Practice System knowledge, skills and abilities are required h SQL knowledge, skills and abilities are required
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare-related field, using information technology in daily operations.
· Advanced analytical and critical thinking Strong skills and desire to work, interact and communicate within a team environment.
· Must be customer resolution focused
· Have and maintain expert working knowledge capable of implementing and supporting any one or more of the following areas:
· System Interfaces, Application File Maintenance, General Understanding, Application Updates / Enhancements / Upgrade processes Have and maintain strong working knowledge of MS SQL and T-SQL System administration and backup Performing advanced system queries
· Running trace routines
· Building and editing Tables and Indexes
· Updating or modifying data records
· Exporting data and building reports Daily/Weekly maintenance activities
· Have and maintain a strong working knowledge of interface technologies, file types, products and tools used to support HCHs clinical applications including but not limited to:
o HL7 Guidelines and architecture, X12, XML and Mirth
o Have a strong working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements.
