client recently consolidated multiple plants into one large plant in MA. They are working on an Infor LN 10.4 implementation/expansion efforts. They also went from Manufacturing to Sub Contract Manufacturing. They have challenges with user adaptation and issues with data. Needing help with Master data cleanup, MRP, planning, MRP and Supply relationship, process master data and clean-up. Went from manufacturing model to sub contract manufacturing model.
