Description

TPM Consultant. We are close to closing the deal, and this is with an existing client. 


It would be about 6 months long, part-time and hours would go up and down according to tasks that need to be completed, right now could be around 200-450 hours depending.



Below are some details of the skill set required and responsibilities.




TPM Consultant with Trade Promotions and Deductions and Settlements process and system experience

Help leading consumer goods companies shape and execute business process or technology improvements to yield gains in all facets of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) lifecycle: Annual Planning and Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Trade Planning and Execution, Deductions and Settlements, Measuring & Reporting, and Trade Optimization.
Translate business processes into functional requirements and support the implementation phase and solution deployment with functional configuration activities to deliver the Demantra TPM solution
Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings
Client facing role requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills and significant history working in this complex industry vertical
TPM Functional Consultant, key responsibilities:

Elicit and formalize customer requirements and drive analysis through discovery workshops and client interviews.
Take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varied organizational levels
Leverage knowledge of CPG and Trade Best Practices to guide clients to an optimal solution
Deliver Functional Specifications and communicate to clients and technical resources
Provide input to the Solution Configuration documentation.
Engage the customer on User Acceptance Strategy, Planning and Execution
Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, insightful and influential client presentations and communications.
