Description

Currently, the client does work remotely, but they expect the employee to travel onsite for a day once a month in the future. For these in-person days, the client will not be covering travel expenses.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft FSCM functional implementation or upgrade experience required.
  2. Experience includes system conversions, customizations, and integration design and execution.
  3. At least 2 years of experience with version 9.2 are required.
  4. At least 7 - 10 years of experience with project management practices, principles, techniques and tools.
  5. Superior knowledge of 4 or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, eBill, Security, Budget, Contracts, Grants and Project Costing.
  6. Has expert knowledge of policies, processes, procedures, practices, and ERP systems that support financial functions in an organization of similar size and complexity.
  7. Requires the ability to identify, analyze, and report on data that is complex in nature.
  8. Must be able to communicate complex information to management (both technical and non-technical) in a clear and concise manner that is appropriate for the target audience in both written and verbal formats.
  9. Strong written communication demonstrated in review of functional specs and functional proposals.
  10. Demonstrates values of excellence, innovation, and integrity.
  11. Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to multi-task with demanding time frames.
  13. Demonstrates superior strategic thinking and facilitation skills in guiding people/units toward workable strategies and solutions.

  17. Superior knowledge of PeopleSoft Query tool and PeopleSoft Financials table structure required

Education/Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in either Accounting or Information Systems and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • The ideal candidate will have either a degree or have worked as an accountant and will have managed full-cycle PeopleSoft Financials implementation projects across multiple modules.
  • Full cycle projects include ERP software selection, implementation partner selection, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, function design, development, testing, change management, and post-production support.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred.
  • Degree in Information Systems a plus
  • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses Or Certifications, If Any
  • Project management certifications such as CSM, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP, and CSPO
  • SAFe Agilist is a plus
