Job Description:

Analytics Manager is responsible for developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions and to overall lead and develop a team of data analysts.

The Analytics Manager will oversee the work of the Tableau Coordinator, Data Training Coordinator, and GIS Coordinator.

This will ensure that consistent approaches to a knowledgeable and proficient workforce is able to use analytic tools effectively to respond to current and future public health emergencies.

Analytics Manager will organize our analytics function and manage our team of analysts. They will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. The ideal Analytics Manager will have to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Some responsibilities are but not limited to: -

Understand business needs and objectives.

Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources.

Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.

Lead and develop a team of data analysts.

Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
